In-home care looks so many different ways for each birthing person and their enviroment. We’ll craft the care services needed to meet you where you’re at.
There can be new discoveries after any birth and education allows us the opportunity to connect with those changes. Shared in a method that feels good, education is key when transitioning.
A personal blend of how you like to move (or not move), with feeling out comfort shapes and supports that meet the needs of your Postpartum realities and the changes that occured within your birthing experience.
Trauma-informed embodied movement and mindfulness connections provide pathways for us to process and connect deeper with ourselves and our babies. We’ll slowly move and connect to bring us more fully into our present moment.
Easy postpartum meals made just for you! Plus, if you’d like, we’ll spend time in the kitchen cooking through each stage to connect the importance of the food we eat to the power it provides our mind-body-spirit and community after birth.
I provide services on an income-based sliding scale, MOHealth Net, and most insurances. Together, we will connect the services based on what you need and the birth outcomes you desire. Working with current federal poverty guidelines, your income, insurance, and community resourcing, everyone deserves support, care, and community when transitioning. Both in-person and virtual options available
