I am a trauma-informed, Queer, Embodied reBirth professional.
My services for birthing bodies and their communities include full-spectrum care and education, advocacy, social and emotional connection, mindful parenting, embodied movement, and community building.
A quick and important note about myself, you will find me outside most days with my family. I am a youth mindfulness and embodied movement facilitator turned community Doula. Also within the many parts of me, I’ve worked within the corporate medical, publication, non-profit, and grassroots industries as a Marketing Design professional focused on integrating relationships within education.
I specialize in serving birthing bodies within the 2SLGBTQIA+ and youth community.
Additionally, I support those interested in embodying their life’s transitions to feel and connect at any stage in their parenting journey.
Community care is vital for our existence and connection. Through movement-based classes we weave all ages together, connecting and discovering how we feel!
To share our stories and connect, we have to be able to tell our stories. Connecting with our self-advovacy through storytelling, we can understand our lives better.
